Myers Real Estate Rental Policies & Procedures
Policies

non-refundable application fee for each
application processed.

Security
deposits are equal to one month's rent unless noted otherwise.

Pets, if
permitted in the rental unit, require an additional $250 pet deposit and
an additional $25 per month rent.

Leases are
for one year (12 months) unless noted otherwise.
Procedures

All
applications are submitted to
FABCO,
a Profile Reporting Agency. This process includes obtaining a
credit history report.

Good
rental history and good credit are important factors in our decision.

Applications submitted must be for a specific unit. This specific
unit must be viewed before submission of an application.

We
consider applications on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. We then rent
to the 1st qualified applicant.

The
security deposit is due upon approval of the application. The
property applied for cannot be held until this balance is paid.
