Maintain a day-to-day operations center for condominium business General: Develop and enforce reasonable rules and regulations Coordinate & attend Board & Annual meeting(s) Produce financial statements, meeting notices, and other mailings Provide data and assistance to the Association's legal counsel
Financial: Maintain accurate accounting records using accepted accounting methods Develop an annual operating budget with the Board Pay all expenses associated with the operation of the Association Collection of Association fees
Maintenance: Provide 24-hour emergency service Contract for services for the common and limited common areas including: o Mowing & Landscape maintenance o Snow removal o Buildings maintenance and improvements o Pool Maintenance Assist in preventive and proactive maintenance
